Old Coca-Cola Mural in Bristol, PA

A couple of weeks ago I photographed an old Coca-Cola wall mural on the side of a building. I really like the art in the mural so I searched the web for more information on these old murals. I found a Coca-Cola article about the old Coke mural making a come back and how a Laundromat owner in Monroe Washington hired a sign painter to restore the one on the side of his building and how that sparked the neighborhood to make a come back.

The mural shown in the Coca-Cola article looks very similar to the mural I took a photo of in Bristol, Pennsylvania. But the Coca-Cola article leads me to believe it was the one in Monroe Washington, though the caption only says this is a mural being restored and their photo of the mural looks all restored. My photo shows a mural chipping and fading, and has air conditioners coming out of the walls, the Coca-Cola article has no air conditioners.

But the side walk looks the same, wires in front of the mural look the same, even some imperfections in the bricks. Could two locations thousands of miles apart have so much similarity,  almost twilight zone similarity.

I am wondering if the Coca-Cola article isn't showing an old photo when the Bristol mural was first painted, perhaps before air-conditioner put in building, or if they were Photoshopped out.

My curiosity peeked. I then decided to search for info on the laundromat in Monroe Washington and found an article in the local Monroe Washington news paper showing a different mural.

If the mural is the same location as the one in my shot, it is not restored today Are these the same location?.

OK, I put way to much time into thinking about this and if so, big deal. I was curious and this was a fun photo forensic exercise this evening.

What do you think? Are these the same location?
